Find Your Inner Voice

                         HELP

Whenever we are in trouble or in any dilemma, we often say that "someone is not helping me, I wish anybody can help me".

Often we use these sentences at such times. But can anyone help us in the right way?

I do not think anyone can help us. If there is someone who can help you, then you are yourself and no one else. No one else can understand you well in life, no one else can understand. Does anyone know what is in your mind or what you want? We ask those people for help that we do not know in reality, they do not even know what we want.

When we have to decide on our future, we also ask from others. And he tells us later that brother do whatever you want to do. Then tell your help you can do it yourself or that which you do not know.

People can definitely with you, they can stand with you, they can empathize, encourage you. But remember when someone will not be around you, then there will be a man who will accompany you at every step. Even when everyone will leave with you.  He is not out of nowhere, that's what you have inside, just waiting to recognize him. That is what will always be with you, those who will always help you. But you will not see them in this crowded world. You have to find him. The day you got it then you will not need anybody's help.

What to Find? 😐 This question must have arisen in your mind.

Finding yourself, you have to find the inner voice, which is probably lost in this crowd. Finding the sound of silence.

On the day you hear your inner voice, you will not need to ask someone for help.

As we say,

God helps those who help themselves.

So stop asking for help from right now and find the person inside you.

Stop asking for help from others

                                                              मदद 

जब कभी हम  परेशानी में होते है या फिर किसी दुविधा मे होते  है , तो हम अक्सर  ये कहते है कि  "कोई मेरी मदद नहीं कर रहा , काश कोई मेरी मदद कर दे "। 

अक्सर ऐसे समय में हम इन वाक्यों का प्रयोग करते है।  मगर क्या सही में कोई हमारी  मदद कर सकता है। 

मुझे ऐसा नहीं लगता कि कोई हमारी मदद कर सकता है। अगर कोई है जो तुम्हारी मदद कर सकता है , तो वो तुम खुद हो और कोई नहीं।  जिंदगी में तुम्हे अच्छे से तुम्हारे सिवा कोई और नहीं समझ सकता ,कोई जान नहीं सकता ।  क्या कोई ये जानता  है की तुम्हारे मन में क्या है या तुम क्या चाहते हो। ये जानते हुए  भी  हम उन लोगो से मदद मांगते  है  जो हकीकत मे  हमे जानते ही नहीं हे उन्हें ये तक  पता  नहीं कि  हम चाहते  क्या हे।

जब अपने भविष्ये का फैसला लेना होता है तो भी हम दूसरो से पूछते है। और वो बाद में हमसे ही कहता है भाई तेरा जो मन है , तू जो करना चाहता है वो  कर। तो बताओ तुम्हारी मदद तुम खुद कर सकते हो या वो जो तुम्हे जानता ही नहीं ।

हा लोग तुम्हारा साथ जरूर दे सकते है , तुम्हारे साथ खड़े हो सकते है,  वो तुम्हे  सहानुभूति , हौसला  दे सकते  है। पर याद  रखना जब कोई तुम्हारे आस पास नहीं होगा, तो एक शख्स होगा जो तुम्हारा साथ देगा हर कदम पर। तब भी जब सब आपका साथ छोड़ देंगे।  वो कही बाहर नहीं है , यही है  तुम्हारे अंदर बस उसे पहचानने की देर है।  वही है जो हमेशा तुम्हारे साथ होगा, वो जो हमेशा तुम्हारी मदद करेगा। पर  इस भीड़ से भरी दुनिया में तुम्हे वो दिखायी नहीं  देगा। तुम्हे ढूढ़ना है उसे। जिस दिन भी तुम्हे वो मिल गया ना फिर  तुम्हे किसी की मदद की जरूरत नहीं होगी। 

क्या ढूढ़ना हे ? ये सवाल जरूर आया होगा  आपके मन में। 

खुद को ढूढ़ना है , आपके अंदर की आवाज को ढूढ़ना है , जो शायद इस भीड़ में कही खो गयी है। ढूंढ़ना है उस खमोशी की आवाज को।

जिस दिन तुम्हे अपने अंदर की आवाज सुनाई दे जाएगी ना उस दिन तुम्हे किसी से मदद मांगने की जरूरत नहीं पड़ेगी।

वो कहते है ना, 

 भगवान  भी उन्ही की मदद करते है,  जो स्वयं अपनी मदद करते है।

तो आज से दूसरो से मदद मांगना बंद करो और अपने अंदर के उस शख्स को ढूंढो।
